prom was awesome on sunday =)))))))) Karleng and the committee did a FANTABULOUS job :D :D :D i bet everyone had a blasting time there at M.O. :D
the day started with my early shift from 9 till 12. boo. the thought of having to wake up so early after having a routine of myself sleeping soundly until noon is indeed a very very very devastating thought. nonetheless thanks to Shin who was willing to call me every succesive 15 minutes since 7a.m. i'd managed to wake up finally at 8 ish. *shyness*
i actually thought i was late since i reached M.O. around 9.20a.m. but somehow i was considered the earliest cuz only like 4 other ppl were there. speak of punctuality man. o.O o.O anyway, our job was to pack the goodie [goody?] bags and there were tonnes and tonnes of flyers/stilla samples/Proton ads/tissue packets with a Proton on it's cover[wth?!?!?]/ promotion slips/discount slips/etc you get the gist. and by the time we were done, everyone who helped out definately had a really bad backache after that.

bags :D :D :Dwent home after finished packing the goodie bags and did my make up and all in one hour plus and arrived at M.O around 5.30 p.m when i was due to be back by 5. ooppps :p :p :p mingled around a bit and kept camwhoring with the girls who were early [Sa, Qing, Weenz,Kim,Pui Yean, etc] and also helped placing the goodie bags on the chairs.

i really like this pic =)the ball started with a bit of a mess though. ppl were all lingering around, bickering to each other, and not registering as they were supposed to and TOTALLY refusing to move into the ballroom. KarLeng was really furious. it was pretty obvious as she was frowning so much her brows were sticking together and her shoulders were all tensed and she was yelling into her walkie talkie =D. and yesssssssssss they had walkie talkies. how cool is that?? i wanted one too but they were only reserved for the entertaintment ppl. boo.
music was great. we had a jazz band while food was served and Janet was the bomb!!! her dance was totally breathtaking and the moves were.... smokin'! lol. sounds like the Mask's line.
on a random note, i'm watching wimbledon right now and serena williams is like a bloody bull.
anyway, when the band started to play, it started off with a slow song and all the couples were sporting enough to go to the dance floor and start dancing. so did the rest of us =D it was great fun!! Artfur was showing his skills while K. Leng was shaking her bootay wildly. this is the night we'd finally seen the other wild side of Ms. Wai. LOL. we were pretty unlucky though as none of us got picked for the lucky draw. damn. whereas the all the tables surrounding us got at least ONE lucky pick. but it can't be blamed cuz our table was a cursed number 4. ehehe.
